Cheesecake

This is the fastest dessert to make and always a hit.
No matter what type of fruit I use it is very delicious and fluffy.

For a while I made recipes from different sources, but I don't like the dense and hard to swallow type of cheesecake. So I made my own version and is much much lighter.
I get lots of compliments from my clients.
