Experimenting with a new recipe for Raspberry Mousse that I have to take for a dinner at a local shop downtown... these are OK, I think... but I got a new idea of assembling the cake... in the future I will simplify.

Follow up 5 hours later.
This was such an interesting evening... The dessert turned out good, everyone liked it and I got to meet very interesting people and great connoisseurs of ethnic cuisine.
We exchanged so many memories and as I always love to reminisce about old times, I enjoyed it even more.
