OMG... this is the perfect tool for a baker, or pastry chef.
My only regret is that this tool is not bigger in size.
This tool is great for egg wash, melted butter, syrup or basting meats.
I will keep mine only for pastries. I have 4 but I want another 4 so I can keep half for egg wash and half for butter.
The white part (the brush) has an orifice in the middle and comes apart from the blue part which gets filled with the liquid.
I find this tool very very useful and I recommend it with all my heart.
