I had this deranged idea that Gnocchi are nothing but blobs of something chewy and hard to swallow.
I was soooo wrong.
These little shells made of potato, have a soft texture, just like the mashed potato, they are easy to cook, 1-2 minutes and they are done.
I've made a quick meat sauce just as I do for pasta and topped everything with imported grated Parmesan.
It was a divine dinner, that we washed down with a glass of red wine.
