Spinach Pies (Spanakopita)

This pie is made with Phillo Dough... a traditional Greek recipe, an apperitive very appreciated by everyone at any occasion.
Best if feta cheese is used.

I also use Puff Dough to make these pies.

And I make them in other shapes so I don't mix them, in case I make different fillings.
