Perfect recipe to prepare a baking pan

To avoid the mess after buttering and dusting a pan or spending a fortune on parchment paper use the following formula:

For a white cake
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon oil
1 Tablespoon flour

Mix ingredients to a paste and brush the pan thoroughly with it.

For a chocolate cake
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon flour + 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Mix ingredients to a paste and brush the pan thoroughly with it.
